This month on Lenzr there's another photography challenge that encourages members to sneak into warehouses and truck loading docks and get good shots from inside a working places - busy portals between trucks and tankers where material is stored awaiting the factory floor. Warehouse Stockpiles photo contest is a chance to see your photos put to work on a manufacturing software company's website. Time is money and money is time - the top ranked firm is seeking photos of warehouse piles of merchandise and materials. Access to these composition may be easy but excellent photos take skills and imagination.

A highly reputable mrp software company that makes custom code for people working to magnify their bottom lines. The Lenzr judges pick from the Top Ten images that are locked down on the 25th of November at 12:01 am when voting ends. The winner is announced Dec 1st, 2011. Contest is valid everywhere.

The news broke on 16th of July at around 11pm at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Exhibition Place, downtown Toronto 2011. That's when the world discovered that the new 2011 Miss Teen Canada World is Lauren Howe, and formerly Miss Teen Ontario.

LENZR JULY 2011 PHOTO CONTESTS

Lenzr has added four distinctly different photo challenges to their July 2011 line up - now the subject of the scroll bar interface on the new website.

Toronto Tourist Attractions Photo Contest: Brilliant idea here, we are all tourists when the weather is nice and we leave our houses and apartments to explore the magnificent City of Toronto, and that's what this is all about, our many and varied Toronto Tourist Attractions. Everywhere I go in the GTA, I hear strange music and prayers and chants and whisperings in many different languages. It is tourist season in Toronto - the double decker sightseeing buses are out on the streets. Our city does have a lot of attractions to offer visitors–the islands alone are great and appeal to both locals and foreigners. Submit the type of photo you would like in a travel publication. The winner of this contest will receive a Sea Eagle inflatable kayak courtesy of a Toronto bed and breakfast located right down town on the waterfront (and actually in the water) at the base of Canada's largest city.

Haircuts and Hairstyles Photo Contest:

Summer can be all about lighting fires and really cooking things inside your house? Fireplaces and Furnaces photos of a cozy scene can show subjects either people or animals or jewelry and other inanimate objects chilling all nice and warm around a fireplace or furnace.

The winner gets a Sony Laptop courtesy of an Ontario furnace installer. The summer is most cost effective time to think about a furnace installation and replacement of old filters and general maitenence

Want to win a flat iron and hair dryer courtesy of a Yorkville salon colorist and barber and hair designer. Wake up and shoot your hair in the morning, and submit the mess to the Haircuts and Hairstyles contest. I know a lot about that, I've had some of the worst and best hair jobs, so I feel like I can relate to this challenge comfortably. The idea is to capture a beautiful and original haircut as the main focus of your photograph.

Objects in Motion is a bit of a challenge and you may require a professional camera to get the winning shot. You must capture an object, person or animal in motion. and the picture wants to see obvious signs of motion - ie you may have to effect the image to show contrails and whisps of speed, dust and the effects of speed. The winner gets a Sony laptop courtesy of a fast air freight company that keeps a galaxy of objects in motion over land, sea and sky.

Be sure to enter your photographs before August 25th. Judges will deliberate and choose the photograph from the Top Ten images in all four contests at that time. The winners will be announced on September 1st. Good luck!
